Low quality McDonald's compared to the others in the area, seems to have gone downhill since the other McDonald's has opened a few minutes away. Service is good but food is quite poor to be honest.
A great experience, food HOT! actually served before all the delivery orders who are constantly in the way of customers in the restaurant. (There should be a separate place where these people can wait) not in this restaurant but every other one I've been to recently. Fantastic service, and it was very busy so well done McDonald’s Warrington.

Staff does not know what's ordered or prepared. Waited for drive through order for 30min, when we went to enquire, gave us wrong order. Gave back the pack and waited for another 20min, nothing happened as no one even started preparing the order.
