From our initial welcome, to saying goodbye at the end of our stay, the hotel staff were absolutely fantastic and were always there to help out if we needed anything at all. Rooms were big and super comfortable. And the location was perfect for our stay. Will definitely be back when we are next down in the area.
Hotel was too warm Food in pub. Very expensive and it was not a normal buffet breakfast that you could choose from and last breakfast sitting was 8.45 Not the best for food but still a comfortable bed

I’ve been having a very difficult evening finding a place to stay for the night and as soon as I got here and spoke to Michelle all of my problems have disappeared. After my boss booked me into the wrong place she had my booking moved, got me a table in the Swan and basically made my evening. I’m very grateful.
