Generally alright food but today they got my order wrong so I called up to see what could be done and was met with resistance telling me I'm wrong and they can't do anything about it because they charged me for this specific item already so I said I'm not going to argue thankyou and goodbye terrible phone etiquette and customer service
After recently moving to winsford and trying almost all the local takeaways we was about to give up and move back to Manchester!!!!! Until we tried the Grange, omg this beats the rest by a country mile, the chips are to die for, I don't know how they do it but they leave you wanting more and more, food is always hot and fresh, served with lots of fresh salad, their cheese burgers are the best we have ever tried.
