We decided to come here on a very windy day when walking the dog. Overall, we were happy with the food and drinks. The Hot Chocolate was very nice aswell! One thing that knocked a star down for me was when they got a part of our order wrong (which we didn’t mind a lot) but when the dish was handed back a member of staff took it out our hands and didn’t say anything. Stopped for breakfast while waiting for the tide to go out . I had the full English , it was a nice meal . The staff were friendly and polite and the food came quickly. The place has got better since my last review, had a great steak brioche roll & Chips . Brilliant service and live music . The did a brilliant job of a Christmas party I attended there too.

there is someone working here who really loves food. most of the menu is pretty simple cafe fare, but very well cooked. and there are always specials (often with local fish and shellfish) which are amazing. it's a very wonderful place.
