Long wait for cup of coffee. As usual not enough staff. Coffee was luke warm when it came out of the machine. None of this is the fault of the staff. The store manager needs to fix these issues.

This is a great value cafe for bude but such a shame the service there is so poor. It really annoys me when I reach the front of the queue with my drink only to have the cashier walk away from the till to do something else. No apology or I’ll just be a moment. I know they’re always short staffed here but it’s not acceptable practice. I’ve also had staff being offhand and rude here in the past. If Morrisons could get their act together, better train their staff in the niceties of customer politeness and put more people on at busy times this is a good place for a value lunch in bude. We live in hope.

Ordered on the app which said food will be brought to table, waited 20mins then went to counter only to be told they don’t deliver to table from app…..so that was a wast of time !! Breakfast was ok,but coffee was cold….

Don't bother, terrible food, terrible service, can't take egg on toast to take away ? Hot drink was cold by the time we got to the till! Slow service. The "toast" saw a bit of sunlight then shuved on a plate without butter, your best off buying a loaf of bread and eating it dry. Overall don't waste your time or money in this shambles of a cafe!!!

August 5th.... Amazing young man doing the work of 4 whilst elder members of staff stood complaining and doing nothing.Breakfast not really eatable, dried out and waited 45mins for it.You are extremely lucky to have someone like him carrying everyone else....A credit to younger people for his work ethic and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves and finds a new position where he is more appreciated

Staff very helpful and friendly,,nice filling vegetarian breakfast, also the lady carried my tray with my hot drinks as I use crutches, very impressed as she offered straight Away with out having to ask unlike other morrisons cafes I have usedVegetarian options: Great choice of vegetarian dishes, your vegetarian breakfast is lovelyParking: Plenty of disabled parking, done in three different areas ,always found a disabled space even when busyWheelchair accessibility: Isles are wide and not cluttered, all flat and automatic doors ,in the cafe plenty of space to move wheelchair around and staff will carry stuff to table for you and remove a chair so you can get wheelchair in at the tableDietary restrictions: They cater for vegetarian, vegans and can cater for people who can't have gluten ,they will even mix and match to help you

We called here for tea. It wasn't too late but most things were off the menu. How this can be when it's a supermarket selling food which they could have used is beyond me. Changing our minds meant that we lost out on the two for ten pounds deal, but the food was still very nice, and reasonably priced.

Went for breakfast was told to wait 20 minutes. Was our first time here diddnt know what to do about drinks. Then got rudley told to help our self for drinks even tho we diddnt know where anything was or what the machines did. Also 2 drink machines were not working so was only limited to certain drinks. To the breakfast -Eggs - crispy, tasted burntToast - looked like someone had quickly blown a hair dryer on itBeans - dry, no flavourHash browns - basically cremated, fell apartSausages - no flavour, dryBacon - chewy, almost all of it was fatBest part of this Morrisons is the exit doors

Fantastic value for breakfast. Good quality ingredients for a full English which is the least expensive we found in Bude. The service is great too!

It's a Morrisons cafe... It's not a fine dining experience. What more can you say about it apart from it's quick and one of the cheapest places I have found to sit down and eat in Bude. You get what you pay for. I think it represents good value for money. The food is consistently OK for the price so at least you don't feel like you have just been fleeced.

Ultimate breakfast ? Staff were great . Food? Sausages yep over cooked but Luke warm mushrooms old and not nice, beans it's hard to mess them up but leave them to dry up is a killer. Egg hard and only one bit of bacon ? best bit was the fried bread . Tomato was Luke warm .black pud dry n claggy . Recommend it ? Not going back . I have cooked breakfasts for thirteen odd years professionally so I know just a little about them . Team, a word to you guys ,,, must try harder
