This is a great value cafe for bude but such a shame the service there is so poor. It really annoys me when I reach the front of the queue with my drink only to have the cashier walk away from the till to do something else. No apology or I’ll just be a moment. I know they’re always short staffed here but it’s not acceptable practice. I’ve also had staff being offhand and rude here in the past. Ordered on the app which said food will be brought to table,waited 20mins then went to counter only to be told they don’t deliver to table from app…..so that was a wast of time !! Breakfast was ok,but coffee was cold….
