served by the "baker" who seemed disinterested.. bought on epasty for take out.. and it was almost definitley the most tasteless pasty I've ever had in the whole of Cornwall.. zero seasoning, barely any meat.. and tasteless pastry..
Visited today. Pasty was edible, but was pretty bland with over thick pastry. Worse than the pasty was the service from the older woman at the counter, it was absolutely disgusting. She was rude and sarcastic, not to mention the eye rolls when I asked which pasties they had and whether they were large or medium. Not sure whether she reserves her bad attitude for 'emmets' or if the locals get it aswell. Either way, she should have a word with herself and get a serious attitude...read full review

It was pouring with rain so we needed to find somewhere to eat inside. The pasties were £5 to take away but £9 to eat in! We chose a cheese and onion one and a lamb one-both were huge but were tepid and literally plonked on a plate, no garnish, nothing! Very poor service too. Not impressed at all.
