To start with have to say I love the atmosphere of the pub. It is farly large and on the main street in Callington. We booked in here early for dinner as we had to go somewhere afterwards so there were only a few tables occupied. Staff were really friendly and the food was ready quite quickly. Stopped at the chantry guest house on the way to St Ives which is worth a stay, but had a couple of drinks in the Bulls Head that night, being ex landlords ourselves it were nice to be greeted with a smile and great attitude. Really nice beer garden with a separate games room which was a nice touch. Highly recommended.

Brilliant food, very very clean pub. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Excellent service and prices we're really reasonably. Something on the menu for everyone. Fitted us in with a table for 6 at very short notice ! We frequent a lot but only get a chance to eat innow and again but we shall be eating in more from now on.
