I can not tolerate caffeine and they don't care.I can not tolerate caffeine.However every time and I mean everytime I go to this Costa and request a decaffeinated drink the staff do not use clean utensils in the coffee making process.Every time they use the same little coffee collection cups (don't know technical term) that are covered in the coffee from previous customers.If a customer request a decaffeinated drink there's a good chance it's for a good reason.If I was vegitarian...read full review

I go here fairly often, never had an issue with any drinks or food. The staff are really friendly. It can be a long wait if there's a queue but the staff can't help that though as it's a small shop and only seems to have 2 workers at a time.

Been here many times and find the staff and management of the highest quality. Ben and James especially stand out for their excellent barista and customer service skills. Always great customers with a smile and the hot beverages are always to the highest standard.
