We were freezing cold and needed coffee and great customer service. My dad was reminiscing about going to Launceston College over 60 years ago and we had a tour of the town… but had gotten pretty cold!The guy and lady working in this store this afternoon 5/3/2022 were brilliant.Thank you so much for your hospitality.
One of the best costa's by far , Charlie and the team are always friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful they all work so hard even when they have been short staffed and still they always have a smile on their face . Always a happy atmosphere Charlie and the team are a credit to the business.

We are visiting Cornwall and called here for a drink. It's a nice cafe which looks to have been completely refurbished with new decoration and seats etc. Friendly and helpful staff make it a nice place for a drink.
