What a wonderful find! We were just wandering and fancied a sandwich on a whim. The couple serving were lovely and made us some very generously filled sandwiches to take away along with some beautiful scones, cream and jam for us to make up our own cream tea later! The scones were better than we've had in much larger places and even better than the bakery near where we were staying. Absolutely delicious, I had Prawn sandwich on granary bread and my wife had a Tuna on white bread, these were to die for then we squeezed in a cream tea, beautiful Scones, and lashings of jam and clotted cream, definitely lick lipping experience. The owners Linda and Marlin, were very friendly and efficient and very covid 19 aware, with lots of sanitation and Government guidelines being followed. Five of us visited this lovely little cafe with great outdoor seating to allow you to people watch. We had crab sandwiches which were full to the brim with locally sourced crab followed by a beautiful cream tea with large helpings of both jam & cream. They even provided water and biscuits for our dog. We will definitely visit again when we are next in Polperro. I should also say the owners were very friendly & couldn’t do enough for us
