Went in here recently for the first time after walking past the place often.It was worth the wait! I had a large steak, at a very reasonable price of £4.50 compared to other places. The filling was hot and the pastry wasn't heavy either. We only discovered Brays and K’s a few months ago, and are totally hooked! Can’t say that we have ever experienced anything that was on the negative reviews, the pastry has always been not too thick, delicious, and the filling exactly how a home made Cornish pasty should be, full of properly chipped vegetables and plenty of steak, with a good peppery seasoning. Perfect.
