It was a typical Cornish day with mizzle, I was cold and a little wet after walking my dog. I asked the warmest place to sit and was shown a seat. I was told they would turn the heating up, which they did and I became warm and toasty. Service as always is lovely, attentive but not overly so. Booked a table for this evening @6.15PM and when we arrived we were meet and greet by a lovely older lady and she told us to choose a table of our choice. We of course chose to have cod and chips twice , one with mushy peas and the classic bread and butter accompanied it ( back to my school days, a chip butty : ). Have to say , having being very disappointed on several occasions with the Hayle based Sanders foundry square as so many I know were as well, Sanders based in pool Redruth, is a complete opposite, all staff member's are exceedingly pleasant and polite , we have virtually gone through the menu here now , and every dish was awesome , in size and taste , nothing is to much hassle for the staff 100% recommend the restaurant, with amble parking to .
