A little treat for my wife and I, discovering this wonderful tiny cafe, tucked down a side alley in Truro. Seek it out for a delicious lunch, or just a perfectly made coffee, and a slice of their truly mouth watering cake. Lovely staff, and a mellow atmosphere will make you feel at home. Thank you!

We were visiting Truro for the day & this cafe was recommended to us by another local business, especially their cakes. The only spare table was downstairs & my friend remarked that it smelled a bit damp (probably down to the bad weather on the day.)We placed our lunch orders but there was a mix up with mine & they'd "oversold" the very nice sounding "Butternut squash, smoked cheese & spring onion Quiche" that I'd ordered with salad.Instead I had a pleasant goats cheese & chilli jam toastie. My friends had home-made soup, a tuna-melt & bagels & all were tasty. We sadly didn't try their cakes or drinks as we'd not long had coffees elsewhere.Wheelchair accessibility: Main seating area is upstairs & downstairs is quite cramped. Perhaps in the summer they have some outside seating (but this would be in the car park, directly behind the cafe.)

Had a fantastic lunch here. Sweet little cafe and lovely service. Would recommend to anyone going to Truro and wanting some nice, healthy food with a bit of soul that isn't from a chain. The quiche was amazing!

This cafe feels like home. Here is delicious homemade food. Therefore, if you want to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the house, come here. The food is tasty and juicy. Everything looks harmonious. I very rarely leave reviews about cafes, but this cafe is worth paying attention to. The waitress Veronika is very friendly. The service is very good. Come here to enjoy

Best food and drink I've had in Truro! ? Everyone who works here is always lovely and welcoming. Best spot for a cake and a coffee to. ❤️

This eatery is so understated, tucked away down a back street but wow, does it pack a punch. Everything is freshly made and clearly made with love. There is nowhere in Truro that produces such great cafe food and delicious coffee and smoothies. They have vegetarian and vegan options.

My partner and I have come several times over the three years that we have been in Cornwall for. Every time we come, we are met with friendly faces and FANTASTIC food. Flourish Café has NEVER left me hungry, or disappointed. I always used to have the chicken and avocado bagel followed by a oat flat white and peanut butter banana bread, but recently I've changed to a quiche with salad. When I say salad, you may be thinking of a small leafy salad that leaves you imagining a rabbit... Not here! The salad is fantastic, pasta, potatoes, quinoa, rice, broccoli; what more could you want!? And the quiche!!! Delicious. My partner ALWAYS has the smoked salmon and creme cheese, and again, is always truly enamored by the taste! We will always come here!

I love this tiny cafe! I used to eat at Flourish when it was in the building which is now part of the Hall for Cornwall. I am so glad they found a new little premises which suits them. The food is fantastic (best sausage rolls ever! The salads and quiches are gorgeous), service always with a smile, and friendly atmosphere. It is tiny, so a bit of a squeeze!Dietary restrictions: Accommodate all dietary requirements

I have been a fan of Flourish for years. The food and cakes are excellent and always a good selection. However more recently the cleanliness of the tables and floor has been let go. The tables are left sticky and there is crumbs and caked on dirt all over the floor. On a recent visit the toilet bin is full to capacity with paper towels ?.Its a shame, I feel it has been let go. The whole place needs a clean from top to bottom, There is no excuse for dirty tables.I would hope that this gets sorted out soon before its popularity fades!

First time visiting Flourish. We had plans to go elsewhere but they were closed…glad they were because we found Flourish ?Quaint little cafe, lovely staff, couldn’t believe how cheap the food was! I had avocado on 2 sourdough topped with 2 poached eggs which came to £7! I’ve paid over £11+ for this at other places ?? the bread was so delicious and the avocado was super fresh. My friend had a halloumi & avocado May bagel which I think was £5.50!Highly recommend Flourish and I will be back!
