Went in today and purchased a couple of tops. Unable to try them on in store, I tried them on later in the day and needed to return them as they didn't fit. I was dealt with by GAYNOR. She was fantastic! When this store hadn't got my size, she went the extra mile and rang their store in Worcester (as we were here on holiday) and got them to reserve the jumper for us until our return the following weekend. I visited today with my little boy and received the most fantastic service upstairs from a young lady who's name I unfortunately didn't get. She couldn't have been more helpful and friendly to both of us.I couldn't get what I wanted today but will most certainly return soon.All staff were friendly but the lady upstairs went above and beyond.
