My partner and I have come several times over the three years that we have been in Cornwall for. Every time we come, we are met with friendly faces and FANTASTIC food. Flourish Café has NEVER left me hungry, or disappointed. I always used to have the chicken and avocado bagel followed by a oat flat white and peanut butter banana bread, but recently I've changed to a quiche with salad. I love this tiny cafe! I used to eat at Flourish when it was in the building which is now part of the Hall for Cornwall. I am so glad they found a new little premises which suits them. The food is fantastic (best sausage rolls ever! The salads and quiches are gorgeous), service always with a smile, and friendly atmosphere. This eatery is so understated, tucked away down a back street but wow, does it pack a punch. Everything is freshly made and clearly made with love. There is nowhere in Truro that produces such great cafe food and delicious coffee and smoothies. They have vegetarian and vegan options.
