Thursday 25th OctoberI bought a standard Latte from the Truro shop today for £3.75 and what a disgrace !I just couldn’t drink it, the milk was like soapy dishwater , it was over foamed by a complete amateur and tasted awful, there was no coffee taste either.I poured it down the drain !I also noticed the counters were dirty and dusty, not what I would expect from any coffee shop let alone Starbucks.

As a frequent customer of Starbucks at home, I can say this was a great experience. Clean, open seating with nice staff. The drip machine was not working, so they gave me an Americano for the same price. The Flat White was spot-on, and I got to experience a new take on the Impossible Sandwich.

This must be one of the worst experiences I have had in a coffee shop. My lactose intolerant friend was given cream on her hot chocolate when specifically asking for none… I was given caffeine in my decaf coffee which has caused a lot of discomfort due to my digestive system, not agreeing with caffeinated items And a friend of mine had his refresher with water when he asked and paid for lemonade, In the space of 15 minutes, the manager of the shop had managed to mess up four orders three of those were for me and my friends. While we were there, the staff was closing down the shop and cleaning up, even though the shop was still open for another 2 1/2 hours. Even if we wanted to sit down we could not as they had shut the upstairs seating area. This experience has made me never want to go back to another Starbucks, especially this one due to the fact that two of my friends are out of money as they did not drink their drinks and I am now ill due to them, not following the instructions and information on the sticker.

Short staffed, run out of ice and whipped cream. Upstairs seated area closed. Were not using china cups, I guess to save on having to wash up. Whole place looked a bit unloved. Won't be rushing back.

This is my favourite coffee shop to visit when I'm in Truro, staff are always super friendly and the coffee is always great.Special shout out for Eddie who is always amazing!

As far as Starbucks goes, it's a nice one. Staff are friendly, there's a lot of seating, and it's in a good location.

Lacking atmosphere, due to the ground floor layout. The 1st floor seating area is far better, but was closed off.Coffee is always good, however, they don't always have Filter coffee available, even though it is on their menu. I find this annoying, because I don't see why I should be forced to buy a more expensive beverage, because they choose not to put the Filter on.The Chiverton Cross branch always do Filter coffee.Parking: Limited on parking time and a fine if you stay too long.

Staff were excellent, beverages were average. Seating by the window needs condemning due to being so filthy. If your charging top end prices then you should be providing top end facilities.

if i could leave a zero star review, i would.Me and my partner went into starbucks in hopes of a nice coffee break; however, i was met with a cold attitude in regards to a mixup with my drink.My drink was mixed up with someone else’s drink and they had tried some of it. That sort of thing happens, but the poor girl tried to sort it out and the employee was blunt and rude.I had brought another drink, which was mixed up again- unfortunate but given horrible attitude when asked for help to resolve the problem.I ended up paying £16 for drinks that didn't meet my expectations at all.i ended up spending more in cafe nero afterwards for a decent cup of happiness.
