We stopped for lunch at Tim’s Place today and weren’t disappointed. We both had sandwiches and they were delicious. The bread was fresh and the insides were awesome. They even had our favourite tea (Darjeeling) which is not a common one to find in small cafes like that. Bought some sweets to take with us and they were great too! Really glad we stopped in.
Every now and then you stumble across a little gem. Tim's Place is a fantastically warm and welcoming space. We were immediately greeted by friendly and chatty staff who could not do enough to help. They were very accommodating with our weird food requirements and the breakfast was top drawer: one of the best we've had.The deli next door also run by the same owners was well worth a look too.Thank you for brightening up a rainy, grey day.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly. The avocado, salmon and scrambled eggs on granary bread were extremely good, and they were not at all phased when I asked for hollandaise sauce to go with it. The staff were very good and the music playlist was excellent! Will definitely return.
