Chinese takeaway in Ambleside. We went for the set dinner for 2 which is only £25. (Cash only mind!) Spring rolls were proper size and full, very good. Ribs decent size and meaty. Chicken sweet&sour was pretty good, as was beef in black bean. Both with reasonable amounts of meat. Rice was really good with plenty of shrimp and pork in. Very quick service. I nipped here for a take a way while I was was staying local and it was a good one. I had veggie spring rolls, stir fried mushroom with garlic and egg fried rice. It was very tasty.

Quick service, food was piping hot and the special curry had a good mix of fresh ingredients. Curry sauce could have been a bit thicker and spicier, but really enjoyed it. Worth a visit.
