“Looked at the menu online and took five of my teenage grandchildren in for lunch with the promise of a burger. I was extremely impressed with the quality of food and value for money. More to the point is the very warm welcome you receive from the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. I’m gluten free and it was refreshing to have someone go through all the options on the menu without making me feel a nuisance, which has occurred at numerous places. Service was excellent and food delicious. The experience was so good we all returned the following two days!

“Had a fantastic time at the Robin Hood. Friday night Karaoke ? played really good tunes between singers (the singers were pretty good too). Saturday night was music night, which again was really good. The locals & staff were very friendly & welcoming.”

Baguettes were on an offer 2 for £18 and they even had a separate gluten free menu with lots of choice!

“Great pub with decent rooms & lovely, helpful staff. Breakfast was brilliant! It is a shame there isn't a lift but it is just like walking up your stairs at home to get to the rooms.”
