Haven't been for a while..but food is excellent as ever. Although Hunters Cumberland is off the menu, they were happy to do one for me and it was good, no, it was superb as ever. My friend Bernie, had Lamb Chops and she was more than happy with her meal. Will be returning very soon.
Nice little country pub. Booked for a group of seven and the staff were more than accommodating, including a group member's serious allergies, making them feel safe dining with them, which can't be said for a lot of places.The menu is fairly extensive for the size of the place and whilst everyone enjoyed their starters and mains, the speed of the service (very quick) made us wonder whether the food was completely freshly scratch made - it was a very quiet Thursday evening.Nonetheless,...read full review
