I just want to say a big thank you to the lady that served me today. She served me on the till, then made my fancy new whipped up iced latte, heated and served my toastie and got me my cake- all whilst other staff members were incredibly busy too.I don't think people realise until you work in a busy chain such as Costa (I worked here for 2 years in a different store) just how many things you have to do. This has to be one of the best costa coffee houses in Carlisle, looking onto the square watching the world go by whilst enjoying the best coffee..PerfectionThe staff are always very outgoing, welcoming and very customer focused.
