Italian • “I visit Carlisle weekly with work and thought that I would give Gianni's a try and I'm so glad that I did, all of the staff were very friendly and the restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere with some of the staff singing along with the Italian music, it was just great. The service was faultless as was the food which arrived promptly and was simply delicious with great flavour.I can't recommend Gianni's highly enough and this restaurant could become a regular stop for me when in town, thank you.”

We made reservations as it's a small venue.The food was fabulous and filling, meaning there was no room for dessert.I opted for the TORTELLONI BOLOGNESE "Pockets of fresh pasta packed with a savoury meat filling accompanied with bolognese sauce."The facilities were very good and clean. There are steps up to the seating area, and the restrooms are located beyond and to the rear of the venue.There's outdoor seating available for the adventurous alfresco eaters.”

Italian • “I absolutely love this restaurant. The food and service is always brilliant. Set in one of the most historic buildings of Carlisle. Every element of the menu is worth a try, the pizza and pasta menu are unreal but, for me, the steak is the best, cooked perfectly. ??”
