La Mezzaluna never fails to impress. The food, service, the ambiance & the toilets ! The fact we ate here 3 times in one week recently speaks volumes. The produce is of an extremely high standard & the fillet steak could be cut with a teaspoon it is so tender. The lasagne is the best I’ve ever had. We have never had any dish & been disappointed. Booked to go on a thirsday evening, first time going. Was not disappointed, food was great I had the lasagna and a garlic pizza to start. Garlic pizza was amazing. Would highly recommend, will definitely be back.

Had a great meal certainly one of the best Italians in Carlisle. Starters were all good. No spare ribs though.Mains were great best lasagne I have had in years. My wife's pasta wasnt a massive portion but was extremely nice and filling.Prices were pretty reasonable as well as an added bonus
