Came upon this by chance late on Saturday but they managed to squeeze us in - gorgeous cocktails, great food, lovely music, attentive staff, brilliant value! So sad we live too far away to come regularly- absolutely loved it!

Beautiful venue, genuinely lovely staff, great menu with plenty of choice; this is simply a hidden gem.Being gluten free and vegetarian can be tricky at times, but I was delighted to find choice and options available. I loved the food here and was even happier to find gluten free cake which was simply delicious! Thank you for a lovely experience and is without doubt recommend stopping by for a meal here.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and gluten free

My wife has intolerances and the lady who served us spent a lot of time sorting out and adapting the menu to suit her. The food took a long time but it was delicious when it came.

We have been to Botanica many times and it never disappoints. The food is superb and the staff are friendly and efficient. It was cold so we sat in one of the funky booths inside. We ordered a selection from the menu the Pork belly is to die for and the mac & cheese is fantastic. Always a superb occasion.

off the main street down a cobbled path is this little gem. It is a wonderful place to eat either inside or outside! Staff lovely and food wonderful all freshly cooked! All plates come when they are ready! Give it a go! I’m the beautiful kirby lonsdale
Cafe was different had a lovely courtyard space staff were pleasant. Didn’t have food. But very disappointed with the price. Very expensive latte over £5 and £2.50 for a very small cup of milk (baby chino)

Absolutely delicious food, had a small plate of crispy sticky beef. This was not in no way was this small, great flavours, beautifully presented and I could taste every element.Had to try a dessert and was not disappointed in the Black Forest Eton Mess, out of this world. I will definitely be returning soon.

We had such a lovely meal here after walking through town. We accidentally came across Botanica and they were able to accommodate 2 adults and 2 dogs on a walk in basis in the early afternoon.The service by all staff was great, nothing was too much trouble.We had the crispy beef following a reccomendation from the staff member and it did not disappoint. This was followed by the chicken flatbread and the mac burger, all were very fresh and tasty. The meat was soft and the salad fresh and full of flavour. We are really glad to have found this place and will be visiting again when we are next in the area. The environment and decor were great. Thank you.
