Great food but place is understaffed and dirty. Last visited today around lunch time. Received coffee pretty quickly but had to wait more than 15 minutes for the rest of the order (burger and fries). 3 members of staff in total were present which was very obviously not enough.
Service was shocking went to order at the tills to be told the tills aren't working and everyone had to use the touch screens we said we had cash and placed out order then went over to pay had to wait 20 minutes to pay then a further 15 min for food in the mean time other people went to the till to order and they put there order through. Seemed like they either didn't want to take our order or couldn't be bothered it was shocking. People ordering food after us got their meals...read full review

No milk shakes after we had payed for them food was nice but the place was understaffed and service was a tad slow lads apologised not their fault but not good for business and get the milkshakes sort
