Me and my husband booked a room at the netherwood and they recommended Akhi Indian. We were a bit sceptical about trying this restaurant after reading lots of mixed reviews, anyway we went and golly gosh that was by far one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever come across hopefully be back in the near future
Called in here with my wife for a Saturday evening meal as we was staying in grange over sands ,We was pleasantly surprised by the flavour of the food , if your staying in the area this restaurant is a must ,It was amazing,we are usually disappointed when we out nowadays,It was the best curry we have had in a long time,Well done guys ?

Sat in the restaurant for a meal Thursday and everything was excellent. We then ended up ordering a takeaway from here tonight (as nowhere else seems to deliver to cartmel) and so glad we did, it was absolutely amazing and delivery was 30 mins earlier than expected too. Would defo recommend if you are in the area.
