Very busy Saturday in the holidays, was actually using McDonald's but the seating area is all the same. Four tables were reserved by McDonald's meaning some people were struggling to sit down. No one came to the reserved tables then they just removed them. Not very good service
Was served by a lovely barista tonight who made the perfect hot choccy with mallows and cream and even gave me a cup of warm milk for the dog after a swim in the lake. Didn't catch her name but she went above and beyond to make the experience a good one. Thank you.

Fantastic place-clean, staff visible sweeping and cleaning tables-best McDonalds ever served by very helpful Luca (Mon 2 October lunch) and cherry on cake is the scenic view of the lake whilst eating meal-pretty perfect!
