My mother ordered some fluffy slippers for me. She wanted gloves but as they were not in stock the assistant suggested finger-less gloves. A complimentary note was added to wish me happy birthday. The phone call to the company was made after 2.00 pm on Wednesday and the nicely packaged parcel arrived the following morning. The slippers are warm and comfortable and a care label was included. You can't get better service than that, in my opinion.
Pleasant little shop with warm friendly staff. Alpacas free to see and all quite lovely.

I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with this business, the lady owner who's name I didn't manage to get went over and above to make my purchase really special. Myself and my colleagues have already said we will be buying from her again and will definetely be making a visit to the shop and cafe for a day out. Thank you so much for everything you did for me.
