Enjoyed a fantastic 2 nights stay. Had everything we needed. Lovely spacious dog friendly accommodation.. Also great base for Town Centre walks and access to Penrith. The Dog beds and dog bowls was a treat too for my TRIPLE PACK.

Warm and welcoming staff, very polite and attentive, particularly Moses and John who are a credit to the hotel!
Our room was very modern, clean, with all amenities, spacious and cosy. We had a bottle red wine and bath robes laid out on arrival which was a fabulous touch! Parking was so easy too and hassle free as they have their own private car park out the back of the hotel. We had an evening meal and breakfast the next morning included in our stay. The food was amazing and was great value for money!
There’s something for everyone! Down to watching the football in Dappers Bar to chilled vibes by the fire in the main dining area. However we particularly enjoyed the cocktails in their new bar next door which was very trendy, modern, had a great, lively atmosphere and a little hidden gem of an outdoor seating area/beer garden out the back.
It seems the hotel are also doing some renovations, which so far look amazing!
Overall a really great stay! Cant wait to return in the near future!

Excellent service from the staff, on reception, restaurant, bar and breakfast. Couldn’t do enough for you, and very polite and welcoming. Food in restaurant was included one night on our break and was excellent. Club room was spacious and very clean, very comfortable beds and quality furnishing. Lovely areas around reception and bar to have a drink or food. Our room was facing the Main Street so you expect the noise from there, it was triple glazed so that blocked most of it out, only spoiled by other guests making noise late at night banging doors etc but inconsiderate people are inescapable it seems. Lovely hotel.
