We really enjoyed our breakfast. Excellent value. Toast like doorsteps. All cooked fresh. Would recommend going Only one thing spoiled our visit and that was three mums and two toddlers. The mums were very noisy talking or should I say shouting to each other! One of the toddlers was banging things on the table constantly and never told to behave. Tucked away in the Devonshire arcade in Penrith is a cafe by the name of "Cosy Cup Bakery Cafe". What a little gem this is. Comfy, room to move, pleasant staff and, most importantly, good food . Not only good food but great value food. With not much time to spare, I chose a Ploughmans and what a meal it turned out to be! What a great find! Able to sit just outside doors with our dog- who is very spoilt with complimentary sausage! On every occasion we have visited staff are really friendly and welcoming. Food is freshly prepared gorgeous soup huge sandwiches with beautiful fresh bread. Homemade biscuits with your drinks. Can’t praise this place enough and visit every time we are in Penrith thankyou!
