We weren’t staying at the ivy house, however we heard good things about the restaurant so thought we’d give it a go. There’s no parking, however we managed to in the village. Pretty pricey menu although it was to be expected. Was better than most bnb restaurants.
My husband and I had an excellent dinner here this evening. Friendly, efficient staff, lovely decor and good ambiance. The menu isn’t long but enough to choose from which in my view enables a high quality of cuisine. Fig and blue cheese with honey dressing starter, hake and rack of lamb, all beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Followed by a lovely crumble. Highly recommend a visit. Thank you. Well done all at the Ivy House!

We normally have Christmas dinner at home, so pleased we decided to have a change. The service was great, food cooked to perfection and best of all no washing up. Well done to all at Ivy House for making our Xmas day very special, hope to see you all soon.
