Randomly fell on here enroute to the animal farm, started to have car trouble. They was really helpful directed us to the nearest garage and couldn’t do more to help. Food was great even our very picky 2 year old loved his lasagne and that takes some doing
We visited here in September to celebrate my dads birthday whilst we were on holiday. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for us. My son has dairy and egg allergies and they couldn’t be more accommodating, the staff checked with the chef who then came out to visit us. Booked a table for the family and was not disappointed even though the cod had run out .the food was delicious and the service was both friendly and efficient with no long delay and that was during peak evening service.Also need to mention that the ales where top notch after myself and son indulged in a couple of pints would highly recommend this cosy little pub to all.
