Came to whitehaven subway after an unpleasant experience at cockermouth roundabout subway (spar) we told the lady, Pauline about the manner of the previous girl, Pauline was lovely, happy and everything was done with a smile, she then came over to our table while we were eating and said 'I don't want your family going home sad after your last experience' and have us a couple of cookies and a muffin, she was lovely definitely will be back, manners definitely cost nothing x
Nice for a change but expensive for what it is, lack of seating doesn't help and the shop itself is tired looking and can be a little messy when it's busy staff are polite and friendly

There's absolutely nothing wrong with this place, no where to add any blank stars. The staff are excellent, the food is great and they always get my order correct. Never had a problem with this place.
