It’s a sad day when you have to ask the staff to turn round to serve you. The four people in front of me gave up but I wasn’t as subtle as them. I asked are you still open? Good job the ice cream was good as the service was rubbish.

We visited a copy of Weeks ago, during a Staycation in the Area.The Shop is located just outside of the main Shopping Area, but this didn't deter Customers, and it was busy. It's not the biggest Interior, so the queue did stretch outside of the Shop (but this is to be expected of a popular Shop in a Tourist Area, and wasn't an issue).Couldn't fault the Customer Service. Both individuals behind the Counter were really polite, friendly, and welcoming.Fantastic Selection of Ice Cream Flavours ( I had a Double Cone of Rum 'n Raisin/Cookie Dough, My Wife had a Double Cone of Cinder Toffee/Salted Caramel, Our Daughter had a Tub of Bubblegum Flavour, and our Son had a Single Cone of Vanilla). Absolutely delicious.Highly recommended, and we'll see you again, soon.

I always make it a point of visiting this place when I visit Windermere. Today was no different. The flavours are amazing and there is so much to choose from! I was desperate to try out one of the new flavours and they kindly gave me a taster on a spoon. After making our final decision on flavours, we had the double scoop each but realised we were greedy really and one scoop would have been enough! As usual, the ice cream was out of this world. It is normally busy though so queues are to be expected.

The best ice cream we have tasted. The flavours we chose were pistachio, black cherry, tirimasu, banana toffee, sticky toffee, cookies and cream and none of them disappointed. Need to give out more napkins with the ice cream as they melted fast.

It felt like buy an ice cream and get an "I scream" manager for free!Absolutely disappointed by the manager's attitude : even if you seem to have had a bad day, it is totally unacceptable to speak to a customer like this, especially when there is no reason for that - we were just placing orders and I just wanted to not let my friends pay for their cones and invite them- there was no need to take it personally and to escalate a non sense, really.I put 2 stars for the other guy in the shop: he on the other hand has a great sense of customer service, thanks for not turning our ice cream treat into a bad experience!(visit on the 30/05/2023 at 7pm)

Not worth it. The ice cream parlour looks untidy, not well cleaned, and the ice cream flavours… well, are just missing: only sugar, ice and colouring. I’m sure kids are attracted to it: very bright colours on display. Not for us. We left disappointed. We ended up buying a tub at Tesco nearby, much better.

A huge range of icecream flavours available more than other places ive been to in nearby areas. The service was ok but could be better. If your looking to save on money youll save buying icecream here.

Ice cream shop serving a huge range of flavours and cone types. Delicious ice cream and quick and efficient service. Shop was clean and tidy.
After coming back from our day out, we stopped here for a tasty ice cream. The taste of it is creamy and rich , no matter the flavour you will not be disappointed. I opted for the coconut and my husband the mint choc chip. Both were excellent!

Unfortunately, the two young boys running the place were more concerned with joking about the toilet - one even saying they'd wee in the kitchen sink - than paying attention to the customers. Between each customer served, the younger boy had a conversation with the older boy. Meanwhile the queue was getting longer. The lady in front of my nearly had the ice cream thrown on her as he was too busy talking than paying attention to the customer. Again, he was too busy not paying attention to the customer when he didn't hear my order. He never said thank you or please. Utterly disgraceful. Easily resolved. They just need to learn some manners. They're clearly not responsible enough to be left running the shop alone without an adult.

The service was robotic, condescending and almost unpleasant. The man who served us an ice cream was not wearing any gloves which was very concerning! He hadn’t placed the ice creams on the cone properly and they were both slipping off. To add to this, he had given us a cone which was cracked and therefore it split in two. As for the ice cream itself, the bubble gum flavour was pleasant however the cookies and cream was very disappointing. Will not be revising this ice cream shop anytime soon!
