We visited a copy of Weeks ago, during a Staycation in the Area.The Shop is located just outside of the main Shopping Area, but this didn't deter Customers, and it was busy. It's not the biggest Interior, so the queue did stretch outside of the Shop (but this is to be expected of a popular Shop in a Tourist Area, and wasn't an issue).Couldn't fault the Customer Service. I always make it a point of visiting this place when I visit Windermere. Today was no different. The flavours are amazing and there is so much to choose from! I was desperate to try out one of the new flavours and they kindly gave me a taster on a spoon. After making our final decision on flavours, we had the double scoop each but realised we were greedy really and one scoop would have been enough! As usual, the ice cream was out of this world. It’s a sad day when you have to ask the staff to turn round to serve you. The four people in front of me gave up but I wasn’t as subtle as them. I asked are you still open? Good job the ice cream was good as the service was rubbish.
