We tried this tonight after much anticipation.The new owners have spent at least 2 weeks cleaning....it is apparent as soon as you walk in. The smell is both delicious yet fresher.Everything was beautiful, and remained tender even after microwaving to reheat..all bar the beef in oyster....lovely but not melt in the mouth....give the chef time....he promises so much!The prawns remained delicate yet with a bite.
