I was staying in the hotel nearby, and only popped in for a quick pint, and although i didnt get chatting with the locals, it didnt feel 'clickie' and the barman was friendly. Ive no reason not to pop in there when im next in the area.

Great traditional pub that serves a fantastic pint, been coming in 20years which just shows how warm and friendly the bar staff and regulars are. 2 x darts teams, pool teams, live football on numerous screens, what more could you want! A real part of the community and long may it continue

This pub is a lovely its a traditional pub. Beer is good, it is exceptionally clean. The landlady is good fun ?
