Exceptional customer service at Whittington Moor. Arrived to collect an order placed on-line but unfortunately this was not the correct branch. We'd somehow accidentally ordered to a branch over an hours drive away. The young man was brilliant. He rang the other branch and explained it was too far for us to collect and arranged for us to be reimbursed. At the same time as making the phone call he asked the team to start making up our order. Used the Flybuy option, it was quick & easy. Food was ready when I arrived & the young girl who brought it to the car was polite and friendly. Excellent service and will definitely call again.
