I work as a carer for a disabled man and on shift he ordered us a delivery. Order was on time however chicken balls were not in the bag (an easy mistake that could easily be resolved). I let him know this so he rang up the restaurant and told them the chicken balls weren’t in the bag and the chef answered proceeding to SCREAM so aggressively down the phone at him saying we insulted his food and that he made them, that we were liars and should never order from the place again...read full review
Delivery was ok the food was terrible worst Chinese I have had around here chips cold chicken cold could not bring myself to eat it and to top it off no prawn crackers and £7 more than Chinese from hollingwood that was closed that’s why I bought from here never

Awful experience at this takeaway restaurant, food wasn’t up to to an acceptable standard so I rang and asked them to replace the order, the male at the restaurant was rude and eventually put a female on the phone, However she happened to be even more rude, sighing and just saying that is the order, I will not be spending anymore money here and I shall also be contacting environmental health about the standard of the food and practises.
