Went in for quick service after work around 9 and was absolutely appalled by the behaviour of the manager. Stood waiting for ages for food because only one girl getting it together as manager stood chatting the entire time I was there, even when I’d sat down to eat. Was there for total of 45 mins and she was leaning on the counter gossiping. Felt sorry for the poor girl doing everything by herself, running around like a headless chicken. Why why why ask what sauces we require in an order then not provide them??? Got home to find no ketchup for the nuggets (no problem, we always have that in) but no sweet chilli sauce for the selects, should have had at least one of these, I think I put two through! It's annoying as you've now started charging for extra sauces but you don't even provide the ones we should get!!!! The lady that cleans the trays away and keeps the restaurant in order is wonderful. She has a wonderful way with children and is a huge asset to this branch. My son loves seeing her and she makes coming in a lovely experience.
