Really great traditional style pizza. The Chef knows his stuff and each base is shaped and tossed by hand. The toppings are great, authentic Italian spicy sausage, not drab supermarket pepperoni. The whole thing is amazing. My new favourite pizza place in town. Won't order from anywhere else again.
The pizza chef certainly knows how to bring the flavor of good Italian pizza to this small part of England: he is passionate, has good technique and uses excellent ingredients (even tomato sauce and mozzarella seem to come from across the Channel). A small note: metal plates cool the pizza too quickly, ceramic ones (especially if slightly heated, during the winter season) would preserve the crunchiness for longer!
