My niece, mother-in-law and wife have said good things about this place and I have tried their sandwiches in the past. They were excellent- however recently my niece mentioned that they have great sausage rolls as well. It is a great place to collect nice food for a peak district picnic.
I haven't been here since we moved out of the area but I was very impressed with the whole process! Plenty of choice, delicious homemade cakes and treats, and excellent service. Either order at the door (if you haven't got a mask) or inside, then wait outside (even in your car!) for them to bring your order out to you. I ordered 3 sandwiches (one was hot) and 3 cakes, and they were ready before I'd had time to message my husband saying what a yummy selection of cakes there was!...read full review

Our daughter arranged an afternoon tea for family from 100 miles away, for a 70th birthday. The staff co-operated fully to ensure that even if she was held up on the M1, she would be able to collect the teas ready for the family gathering. There was so much food and all was absolutely delicious. The delicatessen took the stress away from her and enabled everyone to have a good time. Thank you so much!
