Called in on FA Cup Final day after watching our Westhoughton Cricket Team win at Glossop CC.Pub full of jubilant City fans and sulking United fans but the landlady allowed us to put our Cricket flag up to derision and humour. What followed was a couple of hours of a quality British pub.The staff were so friendly and efficient and the locals were superb in their welcome and banter.Aptly named The Friendship, we had a great time and will certainly visit on our next trip to Glossop

We had an amazing night at the Friendship. They are our go to place in Glossop. Always so accommodating with our large group. We drop decorations off and they decorated the area for us. We get given a sectioned off area of outside or bar area for the function. The Landlady and bar staff are always so friendly. We would all highly recommend for just a quiet drink or for a large group.

Friendly atmosphere with a good team of bar staff. Everyone made to feel welcome on arrival and throughout their stay. Staff all keeping up with social distancing and managing table service with ease.
