Fantastic little gem in the peak district, a great place to stop for grabbing cobs, snacks and drinks pre or post walk. A wide selection of items including veggie and vegan options, gifts and local produce.

The lady who runs the deli provides incredibly friendly and helpful service! She’s very conscious of dietary requirements too (we are vegetarian and lactose-free and she was so helpful and accommodating). They have awesome sausage rolls, vegan sausage rolls and sandwiches! We try to pop in here to grab lunch pre-hike whenever we’re walking around the Hope Valley and can’t recommend it enough :)

Stopped by as they was closing today and they went out of their way to serve me a chilli ciabatta and I felt compelled to leave a positive review, it was amazing. Will definitely be revisiting soon!!

I came here twice, on consecutive days, with two of my mates and we enjoyed a variety of sandwiches and locally made pork pies. The service was lovely and the staff were friendly. We had some granary bageuettes/sandwiches with fresh salad, ham and cheese. The staff in this establishment were really friendly and it was a pleasure to visit this deli and so good we went back the next day to get food for our hikes that we had planned. My mates had food envy as I had a lovely sandwich and they also went back the next day and got their lunch from the Hope Chest Deli and they will also be coming back with me soon. Keep up the great work Hope Chest Deli !! See you soon
