Visited many times since it changed hands and had a revamp!Still a great rustic style cafe where you can now sit at high bar stools and overlook the river and watch the sheep!Coffee is excellent as is the toasted tea cakes and homemade soup and cheese scones. The cakes always look wonderful!What a gem of a place… keep doing what you are doing ?
Cafe changed hands.Great coffee and cake.Nice staff.Lovely setting as it always has been.Dog friendly area (not inside I assume) but can sit out with food or chill by the river.4* as the hype about being vegan is potentially very off-putting, better to just say "vegan options available" rather than Vegan cafe, especially considering you're surrounded by sheep and cattle.

Visited here on a Sunday ,it’s a nice location,but for some reason after ordering what looked like the only vegan meal on the menu ( tomato soup) was kept waiting 25 mins even though there was only 4 people in at the time , complained to the staff who then brought the soup over within 2 mins( obviously forgot to do it)Staff don’t seem to have a clueWon’t be coming here again
