For a motorway services area you can't really grumble at what is on offer. The option of kiosk ordering or at the counter, there is a slight wait if you go to the counter. Simple enough to use the onscreen ordering system, but often or not you won't get a receipt so remember your order number!. Staff appear to want to have minimal interaction with you but then so would I working in an industry where people moan about the simple things. This is a normal motorway services mcdonalds. Wait time for food was 4 or 5 minutes, food was at the top end of the mcdonalds quality range. And the only problem at this services was finding somewhere to sit and eat - more people than tables.
