Very good experience staying here, great food & place to stay. The staff are very friendly and Whitney & her manager were brilliant in resolving an issue I had, having left something in the room. Would definitely recommend!
We booked a 3 day stay with you at the hotel having all our meals at pub. Food outstanding food breakfast and our lunch today 3 to 4. The lady greeting at breakfast deserves a special mention didnt get her name really friendly and great customer service same with chef today. Would definitely visit Marston again if all like this. The staff were very friendly. The food was served quickly and altogether as some members my family ordered at different times.We booked a table for 2.30pm, but due to our church service finishing earlier than expected meant that we arrived before our booking. Although the staff explained that the table wasn't ready, they had made arrangements to prepare the table to ensure we could eat sooner. This was very much appreciated!
