“The Crealock Arms hosted my in-laws Golden wedding anniversary party in their dining room a small party of 12 of us. We pre ordered starters and mains, they even catered to doing specific specials the food was lovely, promptly brought out. Hot and fresh all very tasty. Excellent service from Joseph and another lady. Good communication with the landlady Clare in the run up to the event in the organising. All round a lovely food and great service. Thank you all at The Crealock Arms”
“What a lovely place. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that it was a family owned business.
Both me and my wife were very happy to hear this, as we own our own restaurant/bistro The Stags Head at Fileigh. The overall atmosphere was just phenomenal. What an amazing evening what a place to make memories ?”

“★★★★★ Amazing Celebration for an 80th Birthday!**
We recently celebrated my mum's 80th birthday at **Belluno** with a group of 13, and it was absolutely perfect! The **food was wonderful**, and the **service exceptional**—they even took care of the birthday cake, cutting and serving it expertly.
What really stood out was their **patience and understanding**. Since our gathering doubled as a family reunion, we took a while to settle in, but the staff were accommodating and never rushed us.
**Pro tip for large groups:**
When pre-ordering, **clearly label starters and mains** and keep track of who ordered what—it makes everything smoother for both your party and the restaurant.
Highly recommend Belluno for celebrations
they truly made our special occasion memorable!”

“This is a true gastropub with as interesting a backstory as any. Concepted and opened in an old, failing pub by a son of the village who made his fortune in Silicon Valley in the USA tech industry and gave back.
Menu is very serious about being unusual, and is well executed. The seasonal squash soup with lemon was exceptional in its richness. Shepherd;s Pie of hoggett, with smoked garlic mash, mint and root veg. richly satisfying. Brixham Monkfish Sandwich is huge -- an American take on a sandwich. Enough for two. Great selection of local beer and soft drinks and startlingly researched wine list. Most servers are deeply committed to the concept and enthusiastic to help. We did come across one grumpy waitress who seemed to be having what Americans would call 'a bad day'. Get seated in the garden if weather affords. This being rural Devon, dogs are mandatory.”
