“We have been in Devon for a week and had some superb food but the meal here was just sublime. I had the ceasar salad with melt in the mouth fresh scallops and the crispiest pancetta. My son had lamb kofta and perfect French fries and my friend had haddock and chips. We all kept stopping eating to say how delicious the food was. The service was also cheerful and helpful and the views over the estuary were unbeatable. It was reasonably priced for the standard of food and rounded off perfectly with 3 delicious ice creams. Simply some of the best food I have ever eaten.”

Had the Traditional Cornish Pasty and, likely, the best I've had. Perfect proportion of swede, onion, and beef. The Cinnamon bun was also perfect, juicy yet crunchy on the outside. 10/10 on food.

They source coffee from Union, which are a very good roaster, albeit a bit on the darker side. Had a flat white and, again, perfectly delivered. Very quick service, too.”
